NATIONAL STRESS AWARENESS DAY
This day was established by the International Stress Management Association (ISMA) to help provide information stress. This is a day to identify and reduce the stress factors in your life.
There are many reasons for stress, be it work, family, home and health, whether married or single, everyone experiences some level of stress at any time.
Music Sweet Music, Inc. would like to remind you that Music therapy has long been recognized as an effective form of therapy to provide an outlet for emotions. Music has the capacity to initiate a multitude of cognitive processes in the brain. Music can help to treat stress in a variety of ways; it can improve mood by providing a calming and mindful experience, music can increase vitality, self-esteem and help participants in Music Therapy sessions face a debilitating condition or disease and to reacted suffering via tailored interventions by a Music Therapist.
