Population experience:
Psychiatric, hospice, geriatric, stroke/brain injury, medical pediatrics, autism/special needs, children/adolescents in the foster care system
One of my favorite Music Therapy moments:
Very recently working with a 4 year old with autism who barely spoke a few months ago, who loudly declared “I Love Music!”
Other interesting facts:
I am a freelance French horn player and travel all over Florida performing everything from opera to Broadway musicals. I am a regular member of the St. Petersburg Opera and The Florida Lakes Symphony Orchestra in Mount Dora. I am also a yoga teacher and have over 500 teacher training hours. I teach a weekly gentle class at a local yoga studio.
